Shipping Options and Delivery Times
When you purchase our Devices, you can choose from various delivery options depending on your location and time of purchase. We aim to provide a hassle-free shipping experience and strive to deliver your Products on time. However, delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as delayed flights, bad weather, strikes, lockdowns, public holidays, non-business days, and political strife.
Order Processing and Shipment
Once you place an order, it will be processed and shipped from our warehouse to your specified address through our delivery partners. You will receive a tracking link via your selected mode of communication (WhatsApp/SMS/email) to monitor the status of your delivery. Our team constantly monitors the shipment to ensure timely delivery.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your Product up to two times. If you are unavailable during these attempts, the Product will be returned to our warehouse. We will reship the Product upon confirmation via WhatsApp, email, or call. Please note, no refund will be provided for missed deliveries due to your unavailability. Refunds are only available if delivery fails within the specified timeline, excluding delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Cash on Delivery
If you opt for cash on delivery, please ensure you have the appropriate amount ready. This facilitates a smooth and speedy delivery process.
Return and Cancellation
