Any return, refund, or cancellation of Products by Users shall be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Policy.
Users are required to peruse and understand the terms of this Policy. If You do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, You are advised not to accept the T&C and may forthwith refrain from and stop using the Portal. The terms contained in this Policy shall be accepted without modification, and You agree to be bound by the terms contained herein by undertaking any transaction for the purchase of Product(s) on the Portal.
1. Introduction
Please review and understand the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with the terms, please refrain from using the Portal. By undertaking any transaction for the purchase of Product(s) on the Portal, you agree to be bound by these terms without modification.
2. Return & Replacement
Applicable only for Enable Tab
2.1. Products can be returned under the following conditions:
- The product must be undamaged, in its original condition, with intact tags, labels, packing, barcodes, user manual, warranty card, invoices, accessories, freebies, and original boxes.
- If the product is damaged.
2.2. Only products with damages are eligible for return. Products with other issues, including software issue, device malfunction, performance issues, missing accessories will only be eligible for replacement.
2.3. Returned products are subject to verification and quality checks. Refunds will be processed once the product reaches our facility and passes quality checks.
2.4. If the returned product fails the quality check, it will be shipped back to you. Failure to accept the re-shipped product disqualifies you from a refund.
2.5. Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the order delivery date.
2.6. Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered. No refund will be made if the product is not in the same condition.
2.7. We will arrange for the pick-up of the product through our logistics service provider, and it will take up to 15 days to pick the product from the customer’s address. Customers can also courier the package to us for a faster Return process. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the product and completing quality checks. If the return claim made by the customer is proved during the quality check, the amount paid by the customer for the product and the amount spent by the customer to courier the damaged product will be refunded. If the return claim gets rejected during the quality check, the product will be returned the the customer and no refund will be provided by Baatu.
2.8. If the return request is not permissible under this Policy, no refund will be provided.
2.9. Return shipping will follow the terms of the Shipping and Delivery Policy.
3. Refund
3.1. Refunds are provided only for eligible cancellations or returns.
3.2. Refund amount exclude delivery charges and are limited to the amount paid for the product.
3.3. Refunds are processed after the completion of quality checks and depend on various banking and payment channels. We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by banks or third-party providers.
3.4. No refund or compensation will be provided for causes beyond our reasonable control.
3.5. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account. Ensure accurate bank account details are provided.
3.6. Refunds will be processed as per Return Policy. Refunds for cancelled or returned orders will be for the full amount paid by you.
3.7. If the original payment method is no longer valid, the refund will be issued through a mutually decided option communicated via emails.
4. Cancellation
4.1. Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once processed and dispatched, orders cannot be canceled. Any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
4.2. For cash on delivery orders, no refund is necessary as no payment has been made. Refunds for canceled orders (prepay) will be initiated within 10 business days from the date the request is received.
4.3. We may cancel orders at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to:
- User's failure to comply with this Policy or breach of any Portal policies.
- Technical errors or issues.
- Credit/fraud avoidance reasons.
- Invalid or wrong address provided.
- Malpractices in placing the order.
- Bulk orders for commercial resale or multiple orders to the same address.
- Pricing or specification errors due to technical glitches.
4.4. Upon successful cancellation before dispatch, the entire amount will be refunded within 10 business days.
4.5. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order without liability. Notifications will be sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
5. Jurisdiction
5.1. The products displayed on the Portal are intended for sale in India only. Accessing the Portal from other locations is done at your own risk, and we are not responsible for compliance with local laws or for refunds for orders from outside India.
5.2. Indian laws apply to this Policy. We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Policy at any time without notice.
5.3. Disputes will be settled in accordance with our policies.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
6.1. All services on the Portal are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, except as expressly specified by us.
6.2. We make no warranties regarding the quality, suitability, or merchantability of any product and are not liable for refunds or returns on grounds other than those specified in this Policy.
6.3. In case of disputes, we will coordinate with the user to reach an amicable solution.
6.4. You agree not to dispute our decisions regarding refusals, refunds, or cancellations and accept our decisions as final.
6.5. Products on the Portal are intended for normal domestic and consumer use, not for resale or commercial use.
6.6. We reserve the right to modify the rules in this Policy at any time.
7. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. Indian laws apply, and courts in Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Policy.
