COP - Subscription Policy

1-Month Plan

  • Your 1-Month Plan or Monthly plan starts from your plan purchase date.
  • 1-Month plans will renew automatically every month from the plan purchase date.
  • For example, if you subscribe to your plan on Jan 10th, 2025, your plan will automatically renew on Feb 10th, 2025, and every month thereafter until cancelled.
  • A refund is only eligible if you cancel the plan within 24 hours of its renewal, and no refunds shall be provided if the plan is cancelled after 24 hours from the time of renewal.
  • If you are a first-time subscriber, the 1-Month Plan comes with a default Free 30-day Trial (Example: You will get a 1-month Free trial + 1-month Paid Service), making the plan valid for 60 days.
  • The 30-day free trial is only eligible for first-time subscribers / one account.

6-Month Plan

  • Your 6-month Plan starts from your plan purchase date.
  • 6-month plans will renew automatically every month from the plan purchase date.
  • For example, if you subscribe to your plan on Jan 10th, 2025, it will automatically renew on June 10th, 2025, and every six months thereafter until cancelled.
  • A refund is only eligible if you cancel the plan within 24 hours of its renewal, and no refunds shall be provided if the plan is cancelled after 24 hours from the time of renewal.
  • If you are a first-time subscriber, the 6-Month Plan comes with a default Free 30-day Trial (Example: You will get a 1-month Free trial + 6-month Paid Service), making the plan valid for 7 months.
  • The 30-day free trial is only eligible for first-time subscribers / one account.

1-Year Plan

  • Your 1-Year Plan starts from your plan purchase date.
  • 1-Year plans will renew automatically every month from the plan purchase date.
  • For example, if you subscribe to your plan on Jan 10th, 2025, it will automatically renew on Jan 10th, 2026, and every 12 months thereafter until cancelled.
  • A refund is only eligible if you cancel the plan within 24 hours of its renewal, and no refunds shall be provided if the plan is cancelled after 24 hours from the time of renewal.
  • If you are a first-time subscriber, the 1-Year Plan comes with a default Free 30-day Trial (Example: You will get a 1-month Free trial + 1-Year Paid Service), making the plan valid for 13 months.
  • The 30-day free trial is only eligible for first-time subscribers / one account.
