COP Cancellation Policy
At COP, we value our customers and strive to provide a seamless experience. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please review the following cancellation terms carefully.
1. General Cancellation Terms
- Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, but refund eligibility is subject to specific conditions outlined below.
- Once a plan is cancelled, it will not renew in the next billing cycle.
- A subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, even after cancellation, unless a refund is granted under eligible conditions.
2. Refund Eligibility for Cancellation
- A refund is only available if the subscription is cancelled within 24 hours of renewal.
- No refunds will be provided if the subscription is cancelled after 24 hours from the renewal time.
- This policy applies to all subscription plans, including the 1-Month Plan, 6-Month Plan, and 1-Year Plan.

4. Impact of Cancellation
- If cancelled within 24 hours of renewal, you will receive a refund, and your subscription will be terminated immediately.
- If cancelled after 24 hours of renewal, the subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, and no refund will be issued.
- Once a subscription is cancelled, it will not auto-renew for the next cycle.
5. Free Trial
If you are on a 30-day free trial, you do not have to cancel before the trial period ends. You will not be moved to a paid plan once your free trial ends.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:
- Subscription cancellation occurs after 24 hours from the renewal date.
- Partial use of a subscription term (e.g., cancelling midway through a 6-month or 1-year plan).
- Multiple trial attempts using different accounts.
